From the CBS 8 Troy Newsroom-- South Alabama artists are displaying their talents at two new exhibits at the Johnson Center for the Arts in Troy.

Louise Hass and David Brentmiller's Audubon Collection shows early records of American wildlife. The collection is on loan from Auburn University.

And Downstairs at the center, Troy artist Ann Williams is displaying her brass rubbings from cathedrals across Europe.

"We really appreciate Miss Ann Williams from our community donating these pieces to our exhibit," says Johnson Center Interim Director Morgan Drinkard. "These are wonderful, historical pieces. In fact, it's even illegal to do the brass rubbings anymore. To have someone in our community and to be able to display their artwork is really special for us."

The exhibit is open Wednesday through Saturday and is free to the public
