State Troopers say no criminal charges will be filed against the bus driver involved in a school bus crash in Pike County last week.

According to the state trooper's crash report, 54-year-old Marion Hughes was driving the bus that was carrying 41 Goshen High and Goshen Elementary students.

Investigators say after hitting a curve on County Road 2243, the bus overturned, made a complete roll, and landed on the driver's side.

The students and the driver walked away with only minor injuries.
