The victims were 19-year-old Demetrius Sanford; 23-year-old Jeffery Davis Jr.; 42-year-old Ronnie James Render; 23-year-old Jonathan Sanchez; and 21-year-old Charles Render.

Birmingham police responding to a robbery call found the victims dead inside a small rental house early Sunday.

Police are holding one suspect in the case. He has not been charged in the killings.

Police have not yet identified a motive for the killings.
