Federal Court officials say jury selection in the Bingo Bribery retrial has been suspended until further notice.

There was no further information from the court. The decision comes after one of the seven remaining defendants, Ray Crosby, was found dead in his home Sunday afternoon in Montgomery. No immediate cause of death, but police are investigating.

Crosby was a legislative analyst who researched and drafted bills for lawmakers. He was charged with one count of bribery.
