Most People Do Not Report Bad Hospital Experiences Print E-mail

The number of people with bad hospital experiences may be higher than reported.

A new study in the British Medical Journal shows many patients don't have the energy to make complaints or believe it won't make a difference.

Some patients also don't know who to turn to when they experience bad service or care in the hospital.
