This week's Golden Apple Award Winner is a drafting design teacher at LeCroy Career Technical Center in Chilton County.

Josh Phillips was nominated by one of his 12th grade students who says that he is a better student because of the way this teacher inspires him.

Phillips says the best way to learn is by applying imagination to hands on activities.  That's something he learned from his experience in the field.  It's also something Phillips says that he would like to share with his students.
