Shrimp and Grits Print E-mail

First start off with (in a separate sauce pan) some…Yellow Stone Ground Grits (purchased in the Fish Market) not instant grits…slowly cooks for 2 to 3 hours.

 

In a sauté pan…heat up some olive oil when hot…add a pinch of chopped garlic, diced peppers and onions…sauté for about 30 seconds.

 

Add 8 Freshly Flown in Jumbo Gulf Shrimp (purchased in our Fish Market) …let sauté for about a minute or so…then add 4-6 ouces of “Besh-A-Mel Sauce…”basic rue base sauce”…like a white gravy…
