This mix is from Chappy's Deli.  

6oz black olives sliced

6oz green olives sliced

6oz artichoke hearts drained and chopped

3oz red onion chopped

2oz carrots shredded

2oz banana peppers chopped

2oz celery chopped

2/3cup olive oil

1/4 cup red wine vinegar

1teaspoon garlic powder

1teaspoon oregano

1teaspoon basil

1/2teaspoon salt

1/2teaspoon pepper

Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blend to desired consistency.
